In accordance with Article 15 of the Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of significant shareholdings in issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market, Winamp Group hereby publishes the following information:
On February 23, 2026, Winamp Group carried out a capital increase through a private placement amounting to € 949,366.95. This operation resulted in the issuance of 2,411,048 new shares, increasing the Company’s total number of shares from 22,053,953 to 24,465,001 and raising the Company’s share capital from €32,609,119.14 to €33,558,486.09. These new shares carry the same rights and benefits as the existing shares.
Situation as at February 23, 2026
This situation (the denominator) serves as the basis for the declaration of threshold crossings by shareholders (25%, 30%, 50%, 75% and 95% for companies listed on Euronext Growth).
