Transparency declaration
In accordance with Article 15 of the Belgian Act of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major shareholdings in issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market, any natural person or legal entity that acquires or holds, directly or indirectly, securities of the Company carrying voting rights is required to notify the Company when the proportion of voting rights held reaches, exceeds or falls below one of the following thresholds: 25%, 30%, 50%, 75% or 95% of the total voting rights outstanding.
This notification obligation applies in any situation resulting in the proportion of voting rights reaching, exceeding or falling below one of the above-mentioned thresholds, regardless of the underlying cause.
