Valuation report to the General Meeting on the financial and accounting information contained in the report of the administrative body, as required under Article 7:180 of the Belgian Code of Companies and Associations in the case of an issuance of subscription rights (read in conjunction with Article 7:179 of the Belgian Code of Companies and Associations relating to capital increases), as well as under Articles 7:191 and 7:193 of the Belgian Code of Companies and Associations in the event of a limitation or cancellation of pre-emptive rights.
